I don't like the idea either, but it was just a potential way of getting what the OP suggested without making the TCD also worse against transports. :P

Like I said above, nerfing the TCD seems like a bad idea unless craft are given a bit of a choice to CD layout. Too many RP roles essentially require the TCD to make it completely usless against snubs.
no. just no. I dont see why CDs must be changed. maybe CMs or Mines, but not CDs for sure
Interesting idea. But I it's not really necessary to change something there, if you'd ask me. Although, I wouldn't deny a larger choice of CD's or an extra hardpoint on every fighter.
Buff the MCD damage to compensate, rather than reduce the effectiveness of the TCD.
