Kaa'EL has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

6.9 You must follow the restrictions/allowances of your ID, as well as the diplomacy of the NPC faction it
represents. If your ID does not represent an NPC faction (generic IDs), then your reputation and conduct
must match the actions of your character. You must not dock at bases that your NPC faction is hostile to, or
attack allies of your NPC faction.
Consequences: Fined all credits and guns and stuff. Read the rules. You are not using them.

I have just noticed that my character "Kaa'EL" has been sanctioned and all my weapons, Chettah thruster, ID and credits have been removed from this character.
Can you explain me more precisely what have i done?
I can tell you ne thing...the Kaa'EL character wasn't online from 2 days or so.
Yesterday i logged in with Kaa'EL to get him back from Gallia to New York.
So that was that.
I have brought him back to New York and logged out.
SO please explain me what Kaa'EL did wrong?
Please notice that if you are wrong i would like back my stuff!
