Just to point what was exactly wrong. If i wasnt arsed with deadline for diploma, you would've get Coalition agent answering on your call, burning from wish to join in your scientifical division, i mean. Of course there is contacts with such job givers over internet, but they in first, oriented on corresponding nation sitizens first, and have some additional checks) DARPA iirc rather going over institutes, encourage them participate in different programms, seeking that way capable teams, isnt? Guys just asking why you went into all neural-net, while it was possible to limit message by libertonians for example, or allied nations/institutes, like Cambridge one.

Dude makes a post and SEVERAL factions the message wasnt even intended to, some with no business on Liberty, come to drop "friendly advice". Also "shouldnt hire over the web" ? Really? Ever heard of LinkedIn? Email?
Dude, as ex-HR I know how people are hired.
Excellent example! Now look at the websites that those vacancies are put on. Linked it? Random site on the web? Or is it the profile webpage usually associated with the employer?
Now back to your advertisement. It was addressed to literally everyone, not in the section relevant to your faction and would look more like "do you want to increase something of yourself by a few inches". Kewl stuff. And people did react to that advertisement appropriately - you got a reply even from Lane Hackers.
As for the army recruiting online - this is characteristics for some countries where armies are more transparent - the US, Canada, Britain, in Australia I found even an open vacancy for science officer on Linkedin (lol). In other countries where army is more restricted it is nonsense (China, Russia, etc). Since you are RPing in Lolberty which is more similar to the US I guess it is more "native" to do so. Still, the point above regarding posting like an ad not in your faction's section does not give good wibe.
Sees 8 adverts posted on THE INTERNET.
"See? They wouldn't just let ANYONE access it"
And a song to celebrate it:
