Hello. I have a question about the following rule:
6.7 Attacking freighters and transports or demanding cargo or credits from the same is not allowed for cruisers and battleships.
Are Gunships and Gunboats considered as capital ships? Can i attack transports and freighters and demand cargo and credits with Gunships and Gunboats?

If you notice 6.7 says "cruisers and battleships" and doesn't say gunboats.
To answer the question you asked though, gunboats are capital ships by lore, but are not usually treated as capital ships by the rules. If you do something with one that is prohibted (such as bringing your "capital ship" to a foreign house) they can choose to treat it as a cap if they wish.
You can shoot transports with funboats. Just be cognoscent that some transports can outgun your funboat.
By RP, they are sort of capital ships. But rule-wise perform as snub (can attack transport) and per RP law of houses, gunboat is likely biggest ship you can get through without military shooting at you.
