but just cant see how Police / Military pilots make any money
Traders/ Smugglers buy cheaply and hopefully trade for tidy profit.
Pirates tax traders for passage.
So does this mean that law enforcement pilots are allowed to tax* Pirates / Smugglers? :rolleyes:

Fines imposed on lawbreakers, and what the faction gives us if we need anything else.
They are primarily funded through their trading vessels.

Yes that's how it should work.. also all repairs on military bases should be for free.. as well as ships for the pilots..
to transfer it to disco I think the companies based in each house should pay taxes (say 5 mil per week?) to the government which gives it to the military.
So KoF should pay SA/LSF.

as it is now each of the pilots finances himself by his own trading ship... but say most pilots in KNF have Kishiro or Samura vessel that does it....
BoWEx finances the BAF, and most of us have our traders, and then there's a bank, we also make some money off of raids. Police make a large bit of income from liscensing and fines, the military is rather dependent.
A military faction typically has an Armoury, which senior faction members keep full of money and gear for new members. They use their traders.
Once you have been set up in your new fighter/bomber, if you have even 5 mill left over, you really never need much other money, unless you use expensive ammo.
Navy personel have been seen to escourt traders.
I personally have seen Navy-Defender's escourt Rhino's.
Its the same way that other Countries make money, exports.
The Navy sells some of their craft. And fines put on companies and other things.
Bretonia has Gold, Kusari Engine Components, Liberty a bit of all, Rheinland has Diamonds...
