One of our RHA accounts with the ship [RHA]RHT-Raueber has been banned for some reason. Could someone take a look at it?

Irrelevent. Not involved. If you do Ctrl + F
and put in [RHA] it will not show. also its a transport, plus they only sanctioned those chars.
This would be your problem ...
