Ok so zoner 5K cannot land in house space except on zoner and IMG bases. So can they land on a player base in house space. After all no tags on player bases, and who can say it is not a zoner base.

Why is there Zoner bases in house space? Kinda defeats the purpose of leaving. Re-patriotize them under the relevent house's authority.

That covered zoners landing on a house base to pick up supplies, but did not mention landing on Player owned bases to deliver them.
Main reason i am asking is player bases have no faction tag, so anyone can just say this is a zoner base, so i can land here.
I say do it, find out what happens.
More or less you'll get shot or not.

Gheis has advised OSI not to do so as there is no way to 100% confirm a player base is Zoner or not. Thus you'd be violating the ID. Is it a grey area? Yep. I harassed him in Skype to have the rule updated to reflect the new feature.
So it doesn't look like there's an official ruling on it yet. Something will probably get worked out on it eventually.
Unless it's already been worked out and I just haven't seen the final decision. Which isn't all that farfetched, since I'm not a Zoner and wouldn't be looking out for such announcements.

can not land on IMG bases in house space (except BS Hood).
As for the issue:
1.There is no reason for Zoner player bases to be in house space
2.The only stations where Zoners can dock in House space are Zoner bases + Hood + Aomori, docking on player bases shouldn't be allowed

If the player base is officially affiliated to Zoners, I see no problem, if they dock there.
However, if the respective house gouverment don't allow a Zoner base, they shouldn't dock.

Oh really? The fact they cannot land on any base that is not zoner in house space, IS exactly why there is 2 zoner player bases now in house space. Just for the lolwuts that chase zoner whale's yelling "no where to land zoner, give it up"
My true question though is still. Players bases have no tags, show nothing about who owns them. So "RULE" wise can they land on a player base?
I do not care if someone states it is owned by navy, or junker or whatever. Prove it! No tag, no IFF no nothing.

A Player Base built by a Zoner does not possess a Zoner IFF and does not follow Zoner NPC relations.
Therefore it is simply a Player Base. Not a Zoner Base.
