I encounter one more lolwut HMS Gunboat on O3,

He just poped out of tradelane & typed /l "already setmsg..."

Started fire on my PT, without giving time to RP or reply....he just doing /l0 & trigger
after i told him what he did no reply from him

Saw the same thing again with another Ptrans....

Is it against the rule, he has to give time RP to his target

You are wrong I typed a msg & then i engaged you....I now the rules pretty well...also got a good commands of setmsg's

but docking on a station & again coming out with refills thrice, where it fits in your roleplay...
