I do not run a server. Do i need something else, what im doing wrong?
Yes, you need to run a server. It can just be a single-person server which no one else has access to.
Thank you Alex, this should really be added to the quick gudide that this is required. Maybe also with an guide to setup the server.
This is in the main-server-specific forum (Discovery RP 24/7 Hub, not Discovery Freelancer Mod), so you'd expect it to only cover the use of the main server.
Having a hard time locating heat sinks. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Boulogne Base, Eplessier Depot or Planet Amiens in Picardy, Planet New London or Trafalgar Base in New London.

Just a curious question.

Does adding storage to a Core 1 base constitute an upgrade to Core 2?

Cheers!
No. You must use a free slot on your base and begin the core upgrade module. You can then set about feeding your base with the necessary commodities to complete this module. There is one item required that is unobtainable in game, the upgrade blueprint. You acquire this by posting a request in this forum, using the template there. A server admin will then place the blueprint on the ship you specify. Log into the base and sell the blueprint. Once all of the upgrade materials and the blueprint are consumed, the base will automatically upgrade to core 2.
So, I can add storage to a core 1 base without needing blueprint?

Thanks for your advice. Smile

I'll shout you a Junkers Joy once my pubs up and running!
You can bet he'll be your guest in that case.

As long as you keep one slot open for the Core Upgrade, you can add any module you want.
