After evaluating this month's activities, we have decided to award two of our trainees for their performances.

Liara Grey and Ray Stantz have been promoted to the rank Agent, losing their status as trainees and becoming full members of our organization.

Agent Liara Grey took part in many operations, and recorded one of the best flight times for the past month despite being the newest member of our organization. She also has the first and only destruction reported in the Order Black List... She has more than earned her promotion.

Ray Stantz has been a part of organization for quite some time, and he succeeded at what's expected of him. He has the second most active flight time among the trainees, and we appreciate his efforts.

Congratulations, agents. You'll be briefed about your new assignments soon enough... But first, have a few hours to rest and celebrate.
