So seeing that Gallics have no bases selling debs and a general dislike for everything from Sirius, how do GRN and GRP players set up a lynx? Do you use that 700 m/s / 8.33 refire gallic civilian pulse gun? or just all-out hullbusters?
GRN and GRP are completely nerfed against Sirius Civilian anyway. Use the Carbine II.

Personally, I preferred to set my ships up with full Muskets/Musketoons. Then again, I always did prefer to fly a Serval over a Lynx.
It's tough to work in Gallic Debs because of the odd refire/speed combination. I can almost guarantee everyone you ask will give you a different answer on what works for them.
My Lynx is a simple full 2.00.
Works fine in snub fights.
Now if Dab asked for 90% nerf on sirian civ weapons for GRN zzz

Debs are better.
2 Culverins and 4 650 m/s codenames for me. Carbines and Pot-de-Fers are alright together, but nothing special.
