As of 23:59 hours today, I, overseer Heinrich von Trapp, will be relieving Herr Alois Schneider of his post as overseer of the Schatten Research Facility.
As overseer, I am instituting the following changes to be enacted upon the transfer of station control unto my office:
1) The immediate transfer of all division IX Research staff from Ravenholm Research Facility to Schatten Research Facility
2) Priority resource allocations to BLACK level research projects
3) A complete audit of station facilities, ongoing projects, available resources, and personnel
It is my solemn hope that the operation of Schatten Research Facility continues to be as efficient and effective as it has been for the many years that it has served thus far.
In times of war, knowledge wins battles and saves lives; we, as the forefront of Rheinwehr innovation, shall create the technology to manifest the dreams and hopes of the Rheinsvolk into reality!
