You can see the planets and bases in 3D space but you cannot click on them. You can select them in the navmap and they become selected in 3D space, but you cannot click to select in 3D.
Every other system you can click on a planet or station or whatever in 3D space np.
I have seen similar behavior elsewhere, for example the Barrier Gate Station docking wings cannot be clicked in 3D space, and have to be selected in the navmap.
I cant find any lore that would explain why this is the case, so I'm assuming its a bug.
