Hi all. Just a quick question. I have been sanctioned for 2 of my characters they are both in bastille. They were sanctioned for having wrong names. Yet I cannot trnasfer funds to any of them to change their names. This has been over a week now and I have replied to the posts about my ships being sanctioned and have gotten no replies. I do understand that admins are busy but I have not been given a timeline and was told once character names are changed I will be released. I posted a reply to say I have no problem changing names but as my funds are frozen I cannot do this. No one is answering my replies so if anyone can help me here please let me know. Thanks in advance.
