Hey chaps and chapettes,

I'm just starting out with this mod. I downloaded the .85 previous mod and everything worked absolutely fine.

Now I've just downloaded the newest .86 version and having loads of problems finding the servers.

Right, every now and then the server list appears, along with Discovery 24/7 RP Server, which lets me connect to it but eventually times out. Most of the time, however, no servers appear in my list and it just sits there telling me it's connecting to the global server.

It worked fine before the update! Any thoughts and help would be appreciated!

Used the workaround server patch. This works for the standard Freelancer, but no affect with Discovery.

The work around server patch is not necessary. It breaks your installation. The mod includes everything you need to connect.

in dsupdate.cfg is your server not in the list. so people wont see it you can activate the plain gun server again. but cannon removed it due to lag report
