Hello! I was wondering if any willing were able to make both Starting and Terminating Transmission Bars for a character of mine...

Specifically, this fellow to represent Erich Klugmann, a member of the Bundschuh.

I leave this to any interested parties to make something as they will, save for a few requests.

• To make both the starting and ending bars Rheinland-y. (Lots of Green)
  
• If possible (and if not, that's fine) to crop out the corded phone.
  

I can pay anywhere from $50-100 Million+ In-game Credits as negotiated.
