And why in Iota and in sector near Ravine no npc?

Nomad Derelict you can find it in Omega-58, 5C sector, Wasterwald wreckage.

Gallic artefacts using for trade as Corsair does. Just an commodity.

Try go back there when on server little amount of players. If on server about 140+ players there is no NPC spawn.

There- you need to build base first, then you need to build cloak factory and you can produce your own cloak device. You need the artefact in order to build the cloak factory.

Or you can sell this artifact to any of base owner who will pay for it. there is many cloaks for sale on market, and price isnt big as it were few mounths ago. if you want 1-3 cloaks its safer and shorter to buy em on market, then making a base.

Where I can buy a small cloaking device?I`ll buy, I now in game.
