What are the rules regarding mounting codenames? Are they restricted to specific factions only? Is it illegal/frowned upon to mount them on my Navy character (provided I RP it properly, obviously)?
I searched, but didn't find anything.
There's no restriction on their use. Some official factions impose internal guidelines on their use, but they only apply to their own members.
There are also some RP stories like role-playing wrecks as graves.
And a little advice: Do not steal weapons on front of a char who represents the faction which owns the space around the wreck.
