The current economy does not represent the current sever reality. We have average 50 people on-line and theoretically each one of them can pick different trade route and with a bit planning move in a way that he would never encounter other player at all.
Create several hotspots that can create activity, one or two per house.
In a word: no. What I always enjoyed the most about piracy was hunting. Camping bored me to death.

In any case, what you suggest makes little or no practical difference. If you are transporting Gold from Bretonia to Liberty, it makes no difference whether your destination is in New York, Colorado, Texas, Ontario, Alberta or California. In all cases you are going to pass through California. There's your "hotspot".

The same is true for Kusari/Liberty trade: Shikoku and Colorado regardless of destination.
Bretonia/Rheinland : Omega 3, Omega 7, Stuttgart, Cambridge all in a line.
Kusari/Rheinland : Frankfurt, Sigma 13, Honshu
Bretonia/Kusari : Tau 31, Tau 23, Kyushu.
Gallia/Sirius : Languedoc, Lyonnais
Rheinland/Liberty : Hamburg, Texas

Removing every trade route in the mod except for one going from each capital system to every other capital system would drastically reduce the number of trade routes, but it wouldn't change the basic travel paths for trade at all.
On behalf of The Lane Hackers:

We would like Cardamine sell point added to Leiden Base. ( if this doesn't cause problems with profit rate )

We would like Lane Hacker Pilot sell point added to Leiden Base and Mactan Base.

It has been long tradition of LH~ to use those items to identify themselves, as you yourself know, if not created this tradition. It would make for much easier process to aquire these items when needed.
Question, I fly a rather wonderful Luxury Liner, my problem is I have these disgusting grimy passengers, tourists, and vacationers as my main sources of income. Can more buy points for V.I.P's be added, mainly to OS&C bases?
When calculating commodity prices in Gallia, was it taken into account that trade lanes there are much shorter and therefore have lower average speed?

Most Gallic lanes are less than 40k long so the average speed is around 1650-1700m/s. The speed for Sirian lanes is 1950-2000m/s as most of them are much longer (60k or more).

Yes for pilots, no for cardamine. The cardamine resale creates a bug due to the cardamine coming from Ainu.

Nope. The OS&C bases that don't buy VIPs sell something back to Golden Dragon.

Nope. There's no way to take this into account with the tools I have available.

Could faction NPC pilots be added to most guard or /restart bases? You could put in a commodity purchase reputation requirement of +.9 or +1.0 with that faction, and making them available like this would allow for potential roleplay interactions. Just a suggestion though

I like this idea, this way, people would not have to farm faction pilots in enemy ships for RP. Also, civilian pilots could be added to some bases, too. Buy point price could be set to max. sell point price to avoid abuse.

Oh, an other idea: prison convoys; a certain criminal faction's pilots are loaded into a Pelican, and escorted by the navy; the said faction has to break them out and safely take them backhome.
Greetings,

just an idea/input, Planetform has a base in Poole and can mine Fluorine in same system. Things is, Fluorine is sold at Methyr-Tydfill for 149 unit and mining is the same, unit 149 credits.
So, can it done to get Fluorine raw/gas/ore and to be sold with a good price in Rheinland or so?

Because of this:

Leak me some informations for Borderworld Exports, please?
Bowex may be the only trading faction that is not directly changing much. So, instead I'll just mention a few items regarding Bretonian trade in general.

First, Gin will be produced at Planet New London and sold to all Bretonian bases. Like the other House liquors (Sake, Liberty Ale, and Rheinbier) it is taking the place in the economy currently occupied by Basic Alloy (which is moving to a space station production location like the other alloys). So from each capital planet you will be able to access every other base in the House while carrying a full cargo hold on the trip.

Second, Whiskey will be an export from the Mollys to various locations, and I expect it may be considered as contraband by the BAF and BPA, but maybe not.

Third, Rum will be exported from the Hogosha and Samura to the Gaians and the Corsairs. This fits nicely with newly accessible bases for those two Kusari factions, along with their relationships with the latter consumers.

Fourth, Bretonia is taking a major hit from Gallia's invasion, so MOX production is shifting to Birmingham Station in Manchester. Birmingham will no longer source Hydrocarbons, which greatly simplifies planning for that commodity which will now be split between Omega 3 and Kusari.

Sixth, the freighter-only docking ring on Planet Leeds will source Refugees and accept supplies and reinforcements for the insurgency.

Trips into the Taus will continue to be hazardous for Bretonian traders, but there will be substantial improvement in the geographic layout of the routes between lower Bretonia and Kusari/ Upper Sigmas.

Pilots will only be made available for purchase if an official faction representing them requests it. There has never been any widespread interest in this. Last weekend I revised pilot prices upwards. Default prices are 5,000 uniformly. Battleships, planets, and police outposts pay 10k for unlawfuls. Prisons pay 15k. Malta, Crete, and a BHG base in the Omicrons also pay very high prices. I did not revise Gallic pilot prices, since those were created from scratch more recently.

I'm not sure what the question about flourine is, but if it has to do with mining, the answer is probably no unless a separate mining commodity is created for it. I have nothing to do with that.
Is there any other way of buffing zoner trade routes? - not the usual iridium ( which i still think belongs to kansas ) - for instance, food rations from freeports to planets ( its a short trip but if sairs cant produce them then they should pay atleast double then the original purchase price ( which is high as it is for some reason ).
