Is anyone else having trouble registering a new forum account?

The folks I've spoken to all seem to get this message after hitting the submit registration button.

Welp, can't say I know the issue. Looking at the validation queue, I can promise you people are still registering accounts.

Toss me a name. I can see if the registration might be going through regardless of the error. if not, I'll yell at Cannon.

Getting this error: "can't open file"
