You mean the window that used to appear on the front page of the site? It's gone, but you can get the same information in two great flavors!
On the top bar, you can click on "Unread posts" to find all threads containing posts that you haven't read yet, or you can click on "Today's posts" and get every thread that's been posted in for the past 24 hours. Both are arranged chronologically.

thanks for answer misters!
one other thing when i try to read my private message, i have in return error source MyBB.
is it necessary to have an account with my bb to use normally disco gc?

You don't need any account with MyBB, no.
When the forums were transitioned, unfortunately PMs became inaccessable via the board. If you look around your Messaging section though, you should find an option to download your private messages to HTML. You can then open that from your computer and read them there.
