During the Operation Rascal's Nightmare Nicole Hunter may use specially encrypted random transponders in order to prevent long range recognition. At all times her ships will be squawking Lane Hacker Guard IFF and show one Lane Hacker pilot and one unit of Cardamine when scanned.

5. Why are you requesting it:
There are several reasons behind this request. The most important one is explained in Universal Ship Information system report - primary targets of the Lane Hackers are no longer trading in Liberty. Furthermore, the situation became even worse with rampage of jump trading. As a result Nicole Hunter has no real chance of interaction with her arch-enemies, and thus she cannot further the Lane Hacker agenda. Additionally, extended zone of operations will allow Nicole Hunter to actively interact and cooperate with numerous of her allies and contacts within Bretonia, Kusari and the Tau Region. This obviously means more schemes, special operations and general activity in above-mentioned regions. Finally, I would simply love to play with my well established character in the new environment.
6. What are you going to do with it:
I am going to simply play Nicole Hunter in Bretonia, Kusari and Taus. She will be using a bomber, preferably a heavy one, in order to ambush and intercept shipments belonging to official branches of Ageira Technologies, Interspace Commerce and Independent Neuralnet Division in order to part them with their cargo and thus cut their profits, while in the process harassing and mania interrogating them in accordance with the best Lane Hacker traditions. Additionally, Nicole Hunter will be using a fighter, preferably a very heavy one, in order to harass corporate escorts and cooperate with Lane Hacker allies, while scheming nefarious plots and, especially, being on the lookout for evidence incriminating IND.

8. How long has this character been building the backstory in game?
The character has been created nearly nine months ago on 18th January 2012. Total time logged on all Nicole Hunter's ships reached 580 hours. Straight away after creation Nicole Hunter focused on intercepting Ageira|, [IND] and IC| shipments, first transport being caught on 23rd January 2012. List of all subsequent interceptions can be found in the character portal. First major plot against [IND] has been schemed on 8th February 2012.

The Character
The Operation
Nicole Hunter is a Lane Hacker who very quickly advanced through ranks and finally reached a position of Moriarty's right hand, Executive Professor of the Intelligence and Subterfuge Department. She is also the first Hacker to complete all requirements set by Moriarty to attain honorary title of a Hacker Operative. She specializes in infiltrations, sabotage, subterfuge and intelligence gathering. She relies more on her tactical flexibility and strategic planning than on sheer combat skills. She is by far one of the most devoted Lane Hackers fanatically pursuing organization's main goal: the bankruptcy of the corrupt Ageira Technologies, the nefarious Interspace Commerce, and the dissolute cartel known as Independent Neuralnet Division.
The Operation
Operation Rascal's Nightmare is the fruit of months of preparations during which Nicole Hunter have earned contacts and established relations with major unlawful organizations within Bretonia and Kusari. Additionally, she gathered vast intelligence about trade routes and operations of Ageira, Interspace and IND within these houses. In the face of continuous withdrawal of these corporations from Liberty, it allowed Nicole Hunter to formulate logistical and tactical details of the special operation aimed to hit corporate villains where they are least expecting the attack. Unfortunately, the operation was aborted by Moriarty on the assumption that required resources will be better spent on rebuilding the Lane Hackers' position within Liberty. In her struggle for power, Nicole Hunter decided to defy Moriarty and conduct the operation alone, hoping, that her achievements will earn her enough influence among the Lane Hackers to replace Moriarty as a new Senior Professor.
10. Tell us why you need this to carry on with your life?
I don't. At the same time Operation Rascal's Nightmare expresses the essence of who Nicole Hunter is - an intelligent and resourceful villainess constantly plotting devious schemes in order to pursue her agenda in accordance with the maxim primum nocere. Additionally, I would love to play this character in a new environment.
11. Character references
Nicole Hunter is a very well known criminal within Liberty. She was behind hundreds of attacks on Liberty corporations as well as logistical corps of the Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force, and she managed to extort nearly one billion credits in the process. She was often mentioned in reports of Jane Hartman and Natalie Cahoone of the Liberty Navy, as well as Nick Newport from the Inerspace Commerce and many others. She was doing deals with Dane Kinnaird from the Hellfire Legion, operatives of das Büro der Marineintelligenz, Michał Golański from The Order, Jack Crow from the Junker's Congress and many others. She even managed to get into an existential dispute with Joe Hernandez form the Independent Neuralnet Division. Additionally, she was the mastermind behind the Operation ExHale aimed to defame David Hale and the Operation Exposure which affected among many others Anna Brown, back then director of the Liberty Security Force. For her criminal activity, Liberty Police issued an arrest warrant and Deep Space Engineering put a bounty on her. Complete list of known character references can be found in the character portal.

Main branch of Interspace Commerce has basically monopolized trade between and within Bretonia and Kusari, moving 72.77% of their operations there. For comparison, only 6.45% of their operations during last two months were located in Liberty, and due to political crisis only 0.07% operations were located in Rheinland. With the most frequently visited systems being outside of our reach, Interspace Commerce flunkies face no real threat of getting ambushed by our operatives.
Independent Neuralnet Division
Independent Neuralnet Division has totally focused on Kusari and Sigmas with 38,26% of their operations being located there. Their secondary zones of interests are Bretonia (15.74%) and Rheinland (9.72%). With Liberty being nearly completely neglected, only 6.45% of operations were located there, our operatives have no real chance of even spotting IND hoodlums, let alone hunting them down and making them suffer for their corporate atrocities. We have also noted that unusually large number of transports left trade lane network in the Tau region, which suggests that IND is trading with Gallia.

Ageira Technologies is the only corporation that has retained focus on Liberty. Most of their operations are conducted within the corridor between Kusari and Liberty, and thus their transports are prone to be intercepted in either in Colorado or Shikoku. Additionally, besides their inter-house trade, their vessels often supply Cape Canaveral project in Virginia. While we do not really need to send operatives to Kusari in order to reach Ageira, hitting hard these devious snollygosters where they are least expecting it should be our priority.

In recent months both Interspace Commerce and Independent Neuralnet Division shifted most of their space operations from Liberty to Bretonia and Kusari. While it is an undeniable victory for the Lane Hackers, these vile corporations still have numerous stationary installations and perform great deal of their commercial ventures within Liberty. Goal of the Operation Rascal's Nightmare is to even further cut profits of Ageira Technologies, Interspace Commerce and Independent Neuralnet Division by sending a small special operative wing in order to disrupt movements of their fleet within Bretonia, Kusari and the Tau Region.
Special Operations in Bretonia
Due to convenient location of the Leeds jumphole our main base of operations for Bretonia will be Mactan. However, recently renewed alliance with the Mollys granted us free access to their numerous basses, especially Arranmore in Dublin, Lisburn Rock in Cambridge and Belfast in Newcastle, which should allow us to operate deep inside Bretonia. Additionally, in emergency situations, our special operatives, while maintaining a low profile, can always land on Junker, and, due to our special business relations, on IMG bases in order to refuel or lay low for a while. The main objective of operations within Bretonia will be to intercept as many Interspace Commerce shipments as possible, while being on the lookout for occasional IND and Ageira transports.

Due to convenient location of the Shikoku jumphole our main base of operations for Kusari will be Leiden. Additionally, our long-cherished relations with the Blood Dragons and the Golden Chrysanthemums have paid off. Should we need to operate deeper within the Kusari space, we were granted access to their bases, especially Ainu in Hokkaido, Kyoto in Chugoku and Battleship Matsuda in Okinawa. In emergency situations our operatives can also dock on Hogosha bases, but only if not in scanner range of a Blood Dragon or Golden Chrysantemum. Additionally, no hostile operations against the Interspace Commerce should be conducted in the presence of Golden Chrysanthemum. The main objective of operations within Bretonia will be to intercept Ageira Technologies and Interspace Commerce shipments, while being on the lookout for occasional IND transports.
Special Operations in Tau Region
Our base of operations within the Tau Region will be Cali in Tau-23. Also, our operatives can use Kirkwall in Orkney and Tayport in Dundee as a staging ground. Nicole stopped, glanced at the book, A Study in Scarlet, and slowly approached Moriarty's desk.
- But James... - her voice became soft and hypnotic - You saw the report. Six and half and less than five percent. There is simply no other way. - she said the last sentence like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
- I won't stop you. - Moriarty's voice betrayed a bit of annoyance - However, I will not send a single Hacker to aid you on this fool's quest.
- Fine. I will do it alone. - Nicole replied through gritted teeth while leaving and slammed the door.
