I bought 2 Derelicts for 55 million each at Puerto del Sol, and the base didn't want to sell it so I headed to Academia del Perdido, they buy it for 75m each, and when I wanted to sell those, it said "ERR Cannot accept goods, stock limit reached." Anyone help?
This means that the base is not buying goods intentionally. Player Bases have a finite storage space, and the owner sets limits on the maximum quantities of any given commodity that can be bought or sold on the base.
I even tried to sell it to Puerto and it said that.
Then neither bases are buying the artifact, and you're stuck with them
