LSF Core Protocol
Classified under Section 7

Behavior & Professional Quality

This section covers general behavioral limitations and requirements to uphold the professional and emotional quality standard of the Liberty Security Force. Due to the human nature of such parameters, the limit may and will be upheld by the Internal Affairs Division's discretion. All protocols under this section fall directly under Section 7 classification protocols.

Sirius Law: All agents are required to follow mentioned sector-wide A.D.M.I.N. upheld law.
Internal Respect: All agents are required to maintain a certain level of respect to their colleagues, our jobs demand perfection working as a team, emotions are not to get in the way.
Maintain Discipline: All agents are to act accordingly to their position as a member of the Intelligence branch of the Liberty Forces. We handle important information, sensitive data and counter enemy espionage at any given moment in time. We cannot afford childish behavior or undisciplined actions.
Chain of Command: All agents are required to follow the orders of their superiors to the letter. Orders can only be overridden by an even higher ranking agent. No slack will be given on the subject of the Chain of Command.
Emotionally Uncompromising: All agents are required to keep a cool head whilst interacting with anyone. The amount of pressure or stress laid onto us is not an excuse to go into fits of rage, demoralization or depression.


Restricted Information

The LSF is the intelligence branch of the Liberty Forces and the Liberty Government. Sensitive data flows to, from and through our data streams any time of the day, this section covers some specific information and how to deal with them. All protocols under this section fall directly under Section 7 classification protocols.

Ellesmere: Any and all information regarding the Ellesmere system is classified and restricted to any non-LSF entities. This also includes Liberty Forces and government officials. All data pertaining Ellesmere is to be kept LSF-only.
Alaska: Any and all information regarding the Alaska system is classified and restricted to any non-LSF or Navy entities. Some government officials or higher ranking LPI officers may have information pertaining the Alaska system and even system travel access.
Ranks: Due to the nature of our work, higher ranked members have broader access to classified information. Information is power. When interacting with non-LSF entities, ranks are to be kept classified. Honorifics such as "Sir" are allowed in order to maintain a level of respect. All other LSF personnel assets are to be considered as "Agents" while in the presence of others.


Operational Parameters

This section covers the operational parameters of the divisions under the LSF as well as restrictions and regulations for all operatives. All protocols under this section fall directly under Section 7 classification protocols.

Ellesmere: Any and all unauthorized entries into the Ellesmere system is to be enforced with immediate termination without any limit on used resources. Liberty Naval ships are to be instructed to leave the system unless authorized by the LSF Primary Directorate. All Liberty Naval ships entering the system will be reported to the LSF Directorate which will be in turn forwarded to Naval Command.
Alaska: Any and all unauthorized vessels not marked as Liberty Forces are to be terminated on sight.
Zone 21: Any and all unauthorized vessels not marked as Liberty Forces are to be escorted out of the Zone, fined an amount of 5,000,000 Sirius Credits and left to the LPI for arrest. Any vessel not complying with any of the terms is to be terminated.
Rules of Engagement: LSF Operatives are free to take on Homeland Security duties at their own discretion and at their superior's will.
Liberty Law: All agents are to operate in the confines of the Liberty Laws unless they are in direct contrast to orders given by High Command, requests to operate above the law are accepted and given when necessary, by the Directorate.
Nomad Equipment and Remains: Any Nomadic remains or equipment found is to be confiscated and taken to LSF operation stations to be dealt with, any person(s) found with Nomad remains or equipment that does not comply with LSF forces are to be destroyed and the contraband taken by force.
Unconventional Weaponry: Codenamed and Nomadic weaponry is accessible only to members of the Tactical Operations Division, all non-regulation usage of Unconventional Weaponry is to be reported to Internal Affairs immediately.
