You did not accounted for how long colonists were in stasis - therefore how many years until they reached Sirius itself. Could be one year, maybe a century.
Besides... Sirians abandoned AD centuries ago so there is no point of bringing it back.

What about time dilation being on the sleeper ships? Did they base it on their local time or on traditional Sol time, not to mention duration of travel?

The Bretonia took 20 years longer than Liberty, The Hispania drifted through the sector for 41 years, and the distances are relatively small. So I think it the overall flight time from Sol was well over 50 years. Not to mention using conventional drives took years to travel from system to system.
