Gavroche has been sanctioned for:
Consequences: 40 mil from one of your ships on the account plus guns from Gavroche. Shooting another ship with the same ID as you isn't going to fly, don't do it.
Also, be mindful of your ship-switching. Multiboxing of course is disallowed, but docking one ship and logging something completely different out of context is what landed you here. Best not come close to doing either.
