I think it was an invisible mine field that was right on the NY Jump hole when it was there, but didn't do anything

Also, I don't think spatial missile boats are that strange, are they? I've been told they were ok, and I only use missiles too XD

but seriously. It freaked me out. i thought the spiky thing was a nomad thingy.

Use the Magic Wand! you can Pew anyone with it.....but thats a GUD missile boat there.
