Why is all the good stuff like player-owned bases, jump drives, cloaking devices and SELF-DESTRUCT only in multiplayer. If there is a program or something that puts it all into single player please let me know

hmm i run local server but i cant find him in game when i run him duuno wy. Is there any patch or somting or some sort of program that i can find him coz i try all i know with firewall, with ip adress.Only when i am conected on internet and run him i see him with others servers.Anyone know maybe
How am i meant to host a server? I looked for a "host server" button but there was none.
Because it all relies on a server.
Look in the Freelancer\EXE folder. You'll find a program called "FLServer". Run it.
Make sure to disable IPv6. Google it.
when ever i use the FLServer program it will say "time error lag detectd at" blah blah blah. Is there some thing wrong with my computer?
