Alright, Magellan > California jumpgate is completely useless, it's bugged. It doesn't matter if you're getting away about 15-20k and go back, it'll still say that "Jumpgate is in use"..

Restart needed asap.

shoot or bump any npcs stuck in the gate or queuing up in the immediate vicinity.

Already tried, when the area is empty, it says the same..

Like he said, no NPC in vicinity
