By order of the Queen, the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom of Bretonia are hereby ordered to register all Gunboats, Destroyers, Battlecruisers, Battleships, Dreadnoughts & Carriers and Service Class vessels current in active service.
The captains of said vessels are to fill out the following form, utilizing the below template:
