MNS-Orden's.Fury (OC Dread)
to-
The.PeaceKeeper (Zoner Carrier)

which is currently docked at your base.

For the service I will pay 10 million credits to any ship you desire.

I, too, am having the same issue. I attempted to swap a docking module from one of my ships to another and yet no option was available to buy back my docking module. This is very disconcerting and I hope we can fix this soon.
