If i want to raise guard rep i need to do missions for that faction ..so my question is:
Is there a diference betwen 50K mission and 500K ....i mean is it going faster with harder missions or just number of them is important

No, the reward of missions doesnt matter.
Every succesfull mission gives the same boost on your rep.

The only thing that counts is the number of missions, which is around ~30 missions for regular factions and ~45 missions for each house military.

Even if payout is higher than the lower one, it remains the same. Completing a 5 million mission would increase guard rep thats same as completing a 10k one.
