So, here I was shooting at a Carrier all alone in a barghest. I was doing fine and all, but I noticed something wierd. At specific angles (rear) Nova torpedos won't do hull damage, just like before 4.86. Ive also noticed this with some other heavy caps, such as the valor.

Is this a known problem?

Known problem.

Nova's explosion range is not large enough to damage large ships such as the Carrier. I often threw novas at one with 2-3 other Barghests and we didn't hurt it at all.

Though, when increasing the range, it'd obviously be op against snubs.

This will be addressed in 4.87 but cannot be fixed until then. Requires a tweak of the hitboxes and shield configs.
