What are the .ini and .dll files in EXE supposed to do anyway?

That's bloom. Better just not to use it, it must be configured for each GPU/Monitor separately to look good.
I found it really funny that New London's planet texture is Earth rotated by 90 degrees. Polar ice caps on the equator, baby. Big Grin

On the whole, the pack does look absolutely amazing though. It's nice that you've bundled the realistic lighting mod with it, too, although I imagine some would probably like the ability to choose the darkness level.

You can change your gamma and brighten it up.
It's a good pack but a little dark

If you're interested in ENB, I found a reaaally old post. here that might help. Pictures are gone, but the documentation is still there.
Dunno how it works with this pack though, I just wouldn't use it.

Strange, the Planet inside Cayman looks like Earth too 8|
