Isn't there supposed to be like millions showing up in Virginia?
Happens every few years.


Luckily I live far enough away from the coast.
I live in Georgia near Savannah.

Every 17 years the majority of them come out for a "surprise swarm".
Bah, with the amount of bugspray i douse my house in every few months, i'm surprised I haven't killed the entire local population of bugs.

They won't bother me.

Except maybe their annoying buzzing.
Heard the numbers are supposed to be measured in billions.

As if the grandeur of our everlasting Jersey Shore hasn't been through enough - this happens.

I've only ever seen them as far north as I am, like maybe once...but with the way the weather is changing lately, I wouldn't be surprised if they show up in a manner similar to this:
