Like with every forum, whether it be affiliated with a game or not...there will be hundreds of users that register for the hell of it and never post anything. I never saw the point.
Anyway, QUICK. EVERYONE READ THE RULES THREAD TO GIVE IT VIEWS.

If you mean the list of threads, then yes, Flood threads seem to be counted.
