If you look at the Bundschuh Guard faction in your rep window thing, you'll find that it's spelt "Bundshuh Guard" (missing a c).

Number 2.
The Bundschuh Guard NPCs in Luneburg have Wyrm and Kraken guns? And cardamine.

Both issues fixed for 4.87, can't be done sooner.
