Anyone knows how to record movies in FL??? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
All I know is Xit and F2K made a movie a while ago..... Perhaps they could enlighten us...

Oh, that and make sure you have a lot of free hard drive before hand...
 I expected that you need lots of hd space, guess it's time to burn about 5 DVDs!
how much HD not more than 170GB or so i guess :)
on highest quality i got about 5 mins for 3 gig (so i had to turn it right down now its about 5 mins for 300 meg
OUCH!!!

How about reducing resolution Jade, no one will download those movies. :(
You can use FRAPS to record video from FL.
But for some reason, it will slow down your system dramatically if you try to capture video from a game. I thought it was because lack of processing power, but after reinstalling windows, i could capture vids from FL at 50FPS flawlessly. Well, for a time. 1 week later, the slowness probelm returned.
Lots of disk space required to store the video, but once recorded you can use Xvid codec to compress it. it will go from 3GB to 150 MB.
yeh i was planing to do some other creative things as well :)

and i recon i can get them down pritty small.. once i finish them but i was mearly commenting u do want a fair bit of disk space for the inital recording

after that makeing them smaller is the easy part :)
