Regarding Freeport 11 - Gytrash - 08-04-2014 So, to clarify for people reading my threads regarding Freeport 11 Two years ago Camtheman left (Got banned) and when he left he passed Freeport 11 to me. I had absolutely zero interest in administrating it myself so I decided to look for an administrator See this thread http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=84797 I got several applicants, one of whom was Golanski. I gave Golanski the administratorship on an OORP condition, he had a whole bunch of anti-Zoner stuff to say in the Confederation chat at the time and I thought it was because he had nothing invested in the faction. So I decided to go out on a limb, I offered him the administratorship based on the assurance that he gave me that he wouldn't cause trouble for the zoners for the sake of causing trouble. I also stated that if he did that I would remove him from administratorship and it would go back to me to throw it out to the community again. Unfortunately my skype logs of this time were lost due to an incident where my computer pretty much completely crashed. However, this recent kerfuffle where the Order showed up at the Baffin summit for no reason and started shooting the Persephone was too far for me. Nonetheless I went to Golanski and asked him for an explanation. I got this [10:36:09 AM] Michał Golański: I will cause fight anywhere else I want to. I wish I was joking. So needless to say I decided that I would enact the terms that I had set out with him beforehand, that the Freeport would default back to me. Any questions? RE: Regarding Freeport 11 - n00bl3t - 08-04-2014 Are you using chat transcripts without permission? If so I'd like to post your OoRP actions of kicking Golanski's Zoner character out of CoF because of what his Order character did. Edit: Also, it passed to Jinx. RE: Regarding Freeport 11 - Havok - 08-04-2014 Well, as long as the fallout from this stays purely inRP, it should make for an interesting chain of events. Though question is if the Freeport 11 was actually part of the Baffin kerfluffle and if this is needed Because Omicron Delta -> Baffin is quite a ways. RE: Regarding Freeport 11 - Gytrash - 08-04-2014 The Freeport was given to Golanski. That was a mistake. I gave it to him in an OORP agreement in an attempt to get him invested in the Zoner faction. At the time we were required to have him as an Order representative in the Confederation chat for diplomatic purposes but whenever we would start discussing RP a massive stream of negativity for anything and everything would start. And it worked for a while there. But then he decided that he valued the Order and causing trouble much more than he valued the Zoner faciton in general and as per our OORP agreement I removed him. If you have no interest in the wellbeing and promotion of a faction then you have no business being involved with the administration of that faction. That's what I believe. RE: Regarding Freeport 11 - kikatsu - 08-04-2014 Well that line there explains a lot of the enemies I am suddenly finding my Order character facing. In regards to the Freeport administration, admittedly I am not too familiar with how the way administration and management of the stations was set up, but can you go through the rest of the Freeport administrators and issue a vote of no confidence or something like that? Is he administrating the FP without biased towards the Order? Or do you want him to give up the position due to actions on his other characters? If that stuff is getting in the way of running the FP? [10:26:05 AM] Jono Colwell (Gytrash): You are only the administrator of Freeport 11 because I put you in there and you promised me that you would keep your Order and Zoner priorities separate. [10:26:21 AM] Jono Colwell (Gytrash): I then assigned you the Freeport. [10:26:21 AM] Michał Golański: my FP11 admin didn't crashed your summit. [10:26:24 AM] Jono Colwell (Gytrash): No [10:26:28 AM | Edited 10:26:39 AM] Jono Colwell (Gytrash): Your order admiral did [10:26:41 AM] Michał Golański: blame him, my Freeport's admin plans were ruined too. [10:26:44 AM] Jono Colwell (Gytrash): No [10:26:55 AM] Michał Golański: get over yourself and stop confusing OORP with INRP I presume since other Skype chats were posted before there is no issue with posting this. I apologise if this is not the case. RE: Regarding Freeport 11 - n00bl3t - 08-04-2014 Oh, and I was former FP11 Administrator and vice under Golanski. Unfortunately Gytrash says he doesn't like me either. Didn't know I had to be liked to keep my inRP role. RE: Regarding Freeport 11 - Zen_Mechanics - 08-04-2014 And I keep 74 inrp too and im disliked by pretty much everyone, but thats okay - no one with their imaginery force can convince me otherwise. Zoner Guard ID back please. RE: Regarding Freeport 11 - kikatsu - 08-04-2014 I suggest getting evidence together and go to the other FP admins and present a course of action based on that ( IE no confidence vote, remove from power vote, ultimatum, I dunno). It already sounds like there is an awful lot of drama floating around the topic as is. If you go about this through official channels it should end better for everyone (as opposed to exclusively ooRP action and skype talks). I'll answer, seeing as im involved in the whole overarching kerfuffle. Yeah, that and the inRP actions of Omicron's character(s) are why hostility against the order has been stepped up. Freeport Administrators are appointed through application to gytrash in an ooRP manner. They are bound to any terms for taking it on that are agreed to with Gytrash. A vote can certainly be taken, however enforcement of the result would require some sort of admin assistance possibly. (08-04-2014, 02:05 PM)kikatsu Wrote: Is he administrating the FP without biased towards the Order? Im not sure about this one. Gytrash would know better. However, the question mark of Admiral Golanski knowing to turn up in Baffin at that time, when inRP only zoners knew about the summit at the time certainly raises suspicions. (08-04-2014, 02:05 PM)kikatsu Wrote: Or do you want him to give up the position due to actions on his other characters? Its a bit of that too. there is, as said above, suspicious goings on that certainly lend some credence to the possibility that Omicron linked his Order and Freeport Admin characters in some unknown way. (08-04-2014, 02:05 PM)kikatsu Wrote: If that stuff is getting in the way of running the FP? Omicron's order character making threats against a respected zoner faction and his FP character, along with N00bl3t's co-administrator character, supporting such actions causes problems with running the freeport and relations with the wider zoner community inRP. |
