You can always PM me as well. N00bl3t seems to have summed up a sort of general opinion around here of a good way to get started. Joining a faction is up to you, really. If you like it, do it, and if not then don't. However, I have to admit that it's a good way to get involved around here and have some good fun. Also, it'd be best to wait a bit and get to know the place before you think of getting a capital ship. It's a big investment, and should be used in a responsible manner, so it's best to know your way around before getting one.
