Captian ZooM here im calling in regards to a ship in need of a overhaul,
Well that's a little bit of an understatement really so let me just get right to it.
We have just purchased a prison liner and we have a few things that need altering to make it useful to us
First: we need a new power cell hooked into the main system to handle the new equipment on board
Second: we need 500 medical modules installed on deck C and D 250 on each
Third: we need another 100 medical modules installed and converted to quarantine units, These rooms need there own oxygen system completely isolated from the rest of the ship,
Forth: A firing rang for upto 10 persons at a time for use by the marines who will be on board at all times
Fifth: A new command center capable of running all the new systems
Sixth: A docking bay for housing A small freighter for resupplying and possible
evacuation.
Seventh: Housing for a crew of 150 plus 50 marines
I understand this is a big order and may take some time to complete, however the faster it can be done the better there are many people's in need of a fully operational hospital ship,
Pricing for this sort of job is outside of my abilities so i will leave it to you name your price and trust that you are offering a fair deal, Also if there other things you can think to install to improve its abilities as a hospital ship please do so and charge me at the end, with a full list of extra installations of course.
If you accept this job i will supply the medical modules to be installed, an will also have transported to you any other mat's you may need for the overhaul if you need us to.

We're wondering where it was that you obtained this Prison Liner as well as the exact properties (such as dimensions and output) of the Power Cell that you require, unless of course you're providing one for us to install yourselves in which case it needs to be the first thing delivered before we can begin the overhaul.
In order for us to complete this overhaul, we require a few things from you.
Firstly, and most obviously, the delivery of the base Prison Liner for us to work on. Please provide us with your ship's name and a time you will deliver it, and we will prepare a bay in the shipyard for you to dock it at, and we'll work on it there.
Secondly, the delivery of a Power Cell (if you're providing one for us), and as you stated the medical modules that will make up most of the overhaul. We require the Power Cell first and we'll be working on the ship's electrical systems before anything else, so the medical modules can be delivered whenever you're ready.
In regards to payment, I will call a meeting involving our chief engineers and accountant staff in order to ascertain the exact costs of a project like this. I estimate such a job will costs approximately 50,000,000 SC, and will take at least one (1) week to complete after delivery of the necessary components.

First i would like to thank you on accepting this job, from myself and all the people of Sirius Who's lives may be saved thanks not only to us, but you for making this ship into what it needs to be.
The ship was obtained through the open market from Battleship Macduff in the New Castle system,
As for the power core i was hoping you would be able to supply and install one, our R&D team are yet to complete one of our own and the purchase of a new one is currently outside of our abilities due to our lack of formal relations to there makers, i hope this will not be an issue for you and of course we will cover the cost,
The new Power core needs to be able to power all the Medical modules, The Quarantine sector with its separate oxygen and carbon scrubbing systems and the Training facilities for the Marines without lowering the amount of energy available for defenses, ''we may find our selves operating in hostile space more then not''
>The ships name is currently ( HS-Marama ) and will not take the intel tag until completion of overhaul
>Delivery of the ship to your dock can be made within a few hours of your reply with a free space for it,
>It will come with the packed medical modules on board ready for you when you need them
In regards to payment im very pleased with your current price and will pay upon delivery of the ship to your yard, furthermore any additional cost we will cover upon request or completion of this project,

You'll be happy to know I've held my meeting with my chief engineers and our lovely accounting staff, and I'm afraid our price has had to increase in light of the new understanding that we'll be producing a power supply for this project. This cost is mainly for our science and mathematics theory teams to conduct the necessary research and development for powering the appropriate facilities aboard the ship.
Another concern our highest ranking engineer has is the availability of materials required for the construction of the docking bay, and as such has recommended we create our own. This also means a price increase on your part.
Our accountants have done the numbers, and due to the reallocation of our resources to manufacture both the power supply and a docking bay to fit in, as well as the many medical bays, training area, quarantine area and other facilities that were briefed in your initial request, BMM believes the total cost of this project to be approximately 190,000,000 SC., payable to the ship BMM-Hull.
The delivery of the ship HS-Marama can be made to Southampton Shipyard whenever you are ready. We have prepared a dock for the ship, and allocated staff to await your arrival. Deliver when ready.

I new that price was a little light and had to but a dream *smiles lightly* the new price is more or less what we thought such a project would cost and are of course happy to pay it,
However i would request that it be payable in three (3) installments, two of $70,000,000 credits and the remaining $50,000,000 upon completion,
The first payment to made upon delivery of HS-Marama to your yard
The second upon the first update of work progress ( few days i would guess)
The third upon completion as i stated above
I hope this method of payment is acceptable to you,
I request this as a precaution for the intelligence core,
While we are willing to spend what is needed for this project it is still a large amount to hand over at the beginning of the project, we do hope you understand this,
As for the mat's required for this overhaul we are willing to aid you in this at our own cost, just send me a list of what's needed and i will see that it is delivered to your yard.
I will have the HS-Marama moved to your yard now and confirm with you when i have handed her over

This payment method is rather unusual for an organisation such as ours, we're accustomed to contracts being fulfilled after the full fee is paid, as most of the fee is to cover expenses. However, our accountants tell me that this payment method is acceptable, on this one occasion only. We'll have work started immediately, assuming my engineers haven't already.
