We are the crew of The.Dream; non profit, neutral entity that is on pursuit of one mission: Helping Gaian/Common Animals that require support to live. You can find information about how all this started here:The Story of Scyldtruma Animalis Our mission is both simple, and complicated. 1- To help every living creature (includes human species), that needs help. Simple! 2- Find a planet suitable for Gaian species to live, without disturbing it's ecosystem. This one is pretty hard, and it is our ultimate goal. 3- Increase awareness on situations of Planet Gaia, Gaian Species Preservation, Illegal Wildlife Trade, Unethical Researches on Wildlife/Animals. To achieve our goals, we need enormous support; and need whole universe unified on the matter. Gaian Organization might have tried more violent ways; but me, as the captain of this vessel; and all of our crew is totally pursuing peace. We have left everything behind, and started a new; fresh page on this situation. To increase awareness, and to increase empathy towards nature's beautiful creatures, we have two programmes. Details are below. Adopt an Animal Programme A Gaian Red Fox in it's natural habitat. Adopt Programme for Individuals Upon our launch to an endless voyage, we will launch a system unique to make you connect to these beautiful and exotic creatures a bit more. After making a donation of at least 3 Million Sirian Credits, you will have some privileges. Let's take a look at them. 1- You will name your own adopted animal. You will have an unique animal that you are taking care of, by covering expenses of him/her. We are thankful for that! 2- You will be informed about it's current health, reproductive status, and mood. Other inquiries may cost you additional credits, as crew is needed to write personal reports on them. 3- We'll hold it in a closed-unique-mini ecosystem capsule (CUMEC); a state of the art ecosystem simulator. They will just feel like they are in home, Planet Gaia. However these systems are extremely hard to build, as we only get already extorted plants/organisms from Planet Gaia. We do not, as an organization, smuggle any plants. After donating any amount more than 3Million Sirius Credits, please write down in this communication channel, or include your selected name for our belowed animals. We'll inform you right when we are available! Adopt Programme for Corporations We also have a different system for corporations if you would like to, and if your base is eligible for the installation of "CUMEC" system. We believe any station with at least "Core-2" Stage, they will be eligible. Older design ones are usually eligible.//non-PoB Since Gaian Kangaraas are very rare and hard to look, adopting one will cost 20 Million Sirian Credits. Thank you for this kind gesture. A Gaian Kangaraa in it's natural habitat. 1- Your corporation will name one of our Gaian Kangaraa. They are delicate, and their meals, medicine and other costs easily surpass the ones like Gaian Fox. 2- We are going to transfer it to one of your selected bases. However, they are there to stay temporary. You will; under no condition own, research, manipulate, feed them. They are a property of their own; they are not yours, nor us. They will be transferred back to Planet Gaia if possible; if not, they will be kept in "CUMEC" system in a remote system. Maximum Duration is going to be 14 days. 3- Your eco-friendly and humanitarian gesture will be known across the universe. Your company will hold the title; "Benefactor of Nature". Thank you for your kind gesture. Nature salutes you! All corporate payments should go into: "IC-Titania" Thank you for being aware of this dire problem. Even if we can touch one kind heart, it is important for us. See you in space! Our vessel is always ready to meet you in person. Please write your coordinates and expected meeting time, we will give you more in-depth info while having some drinks! The following animals will have their last update according to our database and we will inform the Sirius with a last message about the story. Update Date: 26.06.827AS Individually Adopted Gaian Foxes: Barry: The Vulgar Vulgaris infections has been cleared off his system! He is healthy, currently at Lanzarote station ready to be picked up by The.Dream King George: He is fully recovered from his gunshot wound. He is perfectly healthy and even close friends with Xenofoxx! Currently at Lanzarote Station. No-name: Healthy, transferred to Torshavn. Kaiser: Male, 3 years old, White Orange Coloured. Traumatic gun wound deemed to be more deeper than we expected. He is doing okay, however he will limp forever until we can get him a new leg. Due to probable complications about his surgery, we have decided that it would be the best to keep him limping, but living a long life. Archeron: Male, 5 years old. Orange Fur. Microbiota is ruined by Vulgar Vulgaris. Gastrointestinal system has been removed. He is being fed Intravenously. Deemed to have extensive care for the rest of his life. Leon: Male, 6 years old. Red Fur. Traumatic injury from fragmented grenade. Lost his right leg. We have installed a robotic one, he is getting used to it! No complications. Hubert: Male, 1 year old, rare gold-yellow fur. His mother has died, and he was born premature. He still needs a milk-mother, and we are feeding him with vitamins. He is currently at Lanzarote station and we will contact the owner about possible transfer of it. Melissa Jones: Female, 2 year old. Lost her ovaries. She will not create a little wildlife, sadly. But she will have a great long life! Corky:Had a defective heart condition. Sadly we could not find the proper heart for him. His grave is at Planet Gaia 37.3230° N, 122.0322° W. Reber:Food poisoning case as more poachers feed them with non-nutritional food. We have fully nullified the damage caused to her bones by supplying calcium IV. It is all good now! Xenofoxx: He has a severe case of SLGE, that looks and behaves just like SLE in humans however any rheumatologic drug we have used did not work. We are supplying him with anti inflammatory medicine. Until we can find a drug that can help with it more effectively, he will have a short lifespan. Research is ongoing at Cambridge University, we are taking care of him in The.Dream Bear: A strong Gaian Wildlife that was used in cage fights. Sadly his own strongness causes it to be immobile. Can not defecate nor eat safely, needs to be rehabilitated and reduce the addiction of steroid class drugs. From: Dr. Norman Grey, CEO Location: Canterbury Station, New London To: Layla Velasquez; All others in channel Subject: Charity Programme/Adoption Oppotunities Good evening, Ms. Valasquez,
Your charity program is a most noble pursuit, and it meets with Planetform's approval, at least in principle. Given the nature of your affiliation, we are quite understandably unable to provide funding assistance for your efforts. Instead, the Board has authorized me to assist you with point 2 of your plan. To that end, Planetform has set aside a large nature preserve on Planet Anaheim to allow these animals to live in a natural environment, free from ownership, exploitation, or experimentation, until such time as the Gallic terrorists currently infesting the Edinburgh system (and the one planet in all of Sirius we can't possibly improve on) are permanently expelled and the wildlife can be returned to their natural environment. In addition, a large number of Gaian animals were relocated to Harris during the Gallic occupation as part of their attempt to restart the stalled terraforming project there. The environment on Harris, even after terraforming is completed, is unsuitable for Gaian wildlife, and we require assistance transporting them off world to the wildlife refuge on Anaheim. Planetform will compensate any pilot who assists us in this endeavor. Ms. Velasquez, can we count on your organization to not interfere in these efforts? Dr. Norman Grey CEO, Planetform, Inc. And now you want to move them to Planet Anaheim? Wouldn't they have died being on a planet with no stable environment - which leads to where are you getting live ones from...? (I stand corrected, EFL is now the worst corporation in the Sector, you only get second place.) So, in case I haven't made it abundantly clear enough yet, you touch a single hair on any of those creatures in any way that isn't figuring out how to get them back on Planet Gaia, there will be Hell to pay. ID: Jonathan Seabourne Location: OS&C|Breezewood, Planet New Berlin To: Layla Velasquez Subject: Gaian Adoption Greetings friend, Preserving the wildlife of Gaia is a capital idea. As you know, OS&C and Cambridge University did their best to protect Gaia from widescale development, with our limited eco-tourism. Our activities financed much of the biological research that provides what we know about the wonders of the Eden of Sirius. Your organization took a much more... stringent attitude towards the balance we tried to strike between the impact of our limited accommodations and planetside infrastructure and the knowledge that it generated. Of course, the widescale ecological destruction at the hands of the Gallic Enclave's fossil fuel industry renders many such disagreements moot. OS&C will not be landing any eco-tourists there anytime soon, so I suppose the Gaians can cross that off their list of long-term goals.
But whatever you may think of the corporation, our interests in Gaia were not purely commercial. We sell experiences, once in a lifetime sights, and we more than anyone else in the sector (present company excluded) appreciated how truly unique Gaia was. Breezewood keeps a small menagerie of 25 of the creatures aboard along with infocards to remind people that the scars of this war go deeper than just Leeds. Bretonia's industrial worlds will rebuild, but we will likely never see another garden the likes of Gaia. To that end, Breezewood is very much interested in financing some Gaian wildlife adoptions, if you'll accept the credits, of course. Or will this communique simply prompt you to "promote" EFL to the third most hated corporation in Sirius on your list? Where Angels Fear to TreadRE: From:N|-Scyldtruma.Animalis / To: Adopters of Gaian Wildlife - All Citizens of Sirius - Capt. Henry Morgan - 04-26-2020 Planetform, Inc. From: Dr. Norman Grey, CEO Location: Canterbury Station, New London To: Devin Blackwood Subject: Ultimatum Mr. Blackwood,
Your message is indeed clear, and it's exactly what I've come to expect from a Gaian. In short, it's a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. Nonetheless, this is a public channel, so there may still be a teachable moment to be had in all this. Normally, I'd conduct this by pretending you're a student at Cambridge, but most University students have already proven their intelligence and interest in the subject by the time they've received their first Geoengineering lecture. Since you have done neither, I'll instead go forward as if I were addressing a recalcitrant politician. Let's break this down by line, shall we? (04-26-2020, 03:06 AM)The Nemesis Wrote: If you had bothered to pay attention to the news, or learn anything about your "enemy" at all, you'd know that we completed work on Anaheim last year. The planet's biosphere and ecology are fully stabilized and self-sustaining with no further external inputs from us. Anaheim's ecology is the perfect environment for Gaia's subarctic life, which is why we chose to use them on this project. For animals originally from Gaia's temperate or tropical regions, we can enclose a large preserve to keep them in something more closely approximating their natural environments until such time as they can be returned to Gaia. We have no interest in running a zoo, or in keeping animals in unsuitable environments. Due to our own mission, adopting pets such as the ones you are proposing is not feasible. Simply put, we are living on ships and bases and with patients in sterile environments, we will not be adopting these creatures. True, we do have the common house cat and some people even keep fish and caged rodents in their personal quarters but this is something we will not do, at least, for now. That said, I have donated to assist in funding your work and even set up some space away from human patients to help. I am also seeing who might want to study veterinary medicine so not all is lost. Thinks for a moment The next time I speak with you in private, I do have a personal question regarding these animals. Respectfully, Dr. John Holliday Founder, Med Force Enterprises RE: N|-Scyldtruma.Animalis / To:Adopters of Gaian Wildlife - Everyone in Sirius - sajuuk111 - 04-26-2020 (04-26-2020, 03:16 PM)Doc Holliday Wrote: *incoming transmission* Sender: Layla Velasquez Encryption: Public Subject: Wildlife Greetings, Doctor. Sadly you have misunderstood our adoption programme, let me clear that for you. Adopting does not necessarily mean that they will be transferred to your ship nor base. We depend on "virtual" as you might call it that. They will still reside with us, but you can name them and we will be doing a 24 hour video feed. Also, you will be updated on their health, mood, reproductive status. Please let us know if you are encouraged to adopt one of our beautiful creatures on these terms. Transfer of hurt Gaian Wildlife to your base for the purpose of medical assistance will be discussed in a private channel. Thank you Doc, have a safe flight. RE: N|-Scyldtruma.Animalis / To:Adopters of Gaian Wildlife - Everyone in Sirius - sajuuk111 - 04-26-2020 Sender: Layla Velasquez Encryption: Public Subject: Wildlife Dear Jonathan Seabourne, we are thankful for your thorough thinking in this matter; however some aspects are the reason we do not sincerely support Cambridge and your beliefs in this matter. Conducting research on Gaian Wildlife is something we are always disgusted of. We are emphatizing with these animals, and i am sure you would not want yourself to be a guinea pig. We are condemning what Enclave has done to Gaia, and that is one of the reasons that "me, Layla Velasquez" personally is looking forward to cooperate with any entity; leaving grudges behind. You have told us that your vessel is currently holding 25 Gaian Wildlife. We are saddened to hear that they are in possesion of an entity, however we are looking to improve on this matter. 1- We would like to see the conditions they live, do a check-up examination on their health. 2- You will be fined if any of them were to be found hurt/abused. 3- We will gather all of the Wildlifes on your vessels, transfer them to our hospital. After the checkup has been done, we will transfer them to our state-of-the-art CUMEC system, and handout Holotainment Band commands to enable you to access their video-virtual feed so you wont lose your income and maintain your tourists. We hope that this middle ground is enough for you to change your mind on this delicate matter. We have a zero-policy toward prior-abusive-exploitative organizations having control of them. We hope you understand that and change your, and their life. Thank you, Layla Velasquez.
