RecipientOmicron Supply Industries Buenos días Omicron Supply Industries, I am Lucas Garmendia, a Logistics Officer for the Deterrence stationed at Freeport 9 in Omicron Theta. On the Freeport, I am currently organizing the reconstruction work onboard as well as the clearance of the surrounding wrecks. We have already made impressive progress regarding the repair work on the biodomes and recovery of life support on most parts of the Freeport. In addition, we have just recently re-established the regular supply line for Food rations, Water and Oxygen between the Freeport and Planet Pygar. Unfortunately, we require additional materials and machinery to continue our work. Our plan currently involves multiple phases in which we will restore the station to the best of our abilities and clear the surrounding area. The planning is not yet finalized for all the phases and some of the plans are still confidential, so I am unable to share details of later stages at this time. However, the planning of the initial phase is completed and ready to be shared with you, our trusted partners. For phase 1a, we are planning to repair the damaged Wing D allowing us access to the still intact warehouse B as well as additional quarters for the crew. This would not only expand our cargo capacity substantially, but also allow us to host more crew members and speed up our work on and around the station. These repairs will also require us to re-establish the life support and ventilation system on Decks A-D of Wing D, which is a major effort and is estimated to take us at least some weeks to be completed. Luckily, Decks E and F are still largely intact and will only require minor repairs. For phase 1b, we plan to clear the wrecks around the Freeport facing towards the Omicron Gamma jump hole to facilitate the docking and mooring of ships originating from our home system. Some of the wreck parts are very large and will require heavy machinery and fuel to be taken apart in space before it can be transported into our designated recycling areas on the Freeport. We are certain that our ingenieros in recycling areas 1 and 2 can extract useful resources from at least some of the wreck parts that will aid our restoration work. Our ingenieros have reported to me that they need the following materials to complete the work package for phase 1a:
Robotics, Construction Machinery and Mining Machinery are readily available on Corfu Base and Planet Pygar as Administrator Jerard Voncloud has confirmed to me, but we are in need of transport ships to move them. As for the Consumer Goods, Basic Alloy, Super Alloy and Hull Panels, I am sure you will be able to acquire those as well on nearby bases in the Omicron and Omega systems. Since we are doing our part in restoring Freeport 9 to its pre-conflict gloria as agreed upon in the Theta summit, we kindly ask you to fulfill your part of our agreement and deliver the required materials to the Freeport. Of course we are willing to offer you a reasonable compensation for your efforts in delivering those goods and we are aware that the transportation of such quantities will take some time. Please let me know to what prices per unit you are able to deliver the specified goods to Freeport 9 and what is your estimated delivery time so that we can integrate the time line in our planning of the next phases. Muchas gracias for your support and cooperation. High regards,
Lucas Garmendia, Logistics Officer

To: Lucas Garmendia Subject: Supplies for Freeport 9 Senór Garmendia. I'm ecstatic that the plans drawn up as part of the Theta Treaty are beginning to be actioned. I was worried it was all talk and no Knickers to make people sign. Never the less you will have OSI's full support in restoring Freeport 9, once something I have concerns over is addressed. The re-establishment of the Supply line to Pygar for the essentials is heartening to hear. My ships are available to assist in supplying Pygar as well as ensuring Freeport 9 has the materials it needs to keep production flowing. Of course this will extend to supplying Planet Crete as well. Before I discuss the cost's of moving the requested items, I would like to bring up the little concern I have. The work your Engineers have done is to be commended and the plans laid out for the Freeport appear to be extensive. However the Repair of Freeport 9 is meant to be a joint venture, yet this is the first time anything about the Repair has been communicated and it seems work has been ongoing already. Also your "unable" to share details of later stages of work even though this, again, is meant to be a joint venture. I do not like to be kept in the dark, especially with things that have my signature on. So before I dedicate my ships to move the materials required, I want full transparency of your plans. Being "Trusted Partners" I don't think this to much of an Ask no? I look forward to continuing to cultivate a long and Trusting relationship . RecipientCelcius Abonwood, Omicron Supply Industries Buenos días Senor Abonwood, We Corsairs are honorable people and there is no need to worry that our promises from the Theta summit will not be put into action. Of course, I am willing to address your concerns and I apologize for not informing you earlier about the details on our plans. As you can imagine, the restoration of the Freeport is a highly complex project and will most likely keep the one or the other unforeseen problem in hand. Currently, not all damaged sections of the Freeport are accessible and our scans can only provide a rough insight into what repairs are necessary there. Therefore, the restoration of these areas will be planned later, once our repair efforts are more progressed and we managed to access and examine all affected areas. As you rightfully said, this is a joint project and I will inform you about all progress that will be made with the repairs and share future restoration plans before we begin our work from now on. Regarding the details of the restoration apart from what I already mentioned in my initial message, we plan to: (1) Disassemble and clear up all ship wrecks surrounding the station. This will be a major effort and split in multiple sections. First, we planned to clear wrecks obstructing access to docking and mooring facilities, before we continue with clearing more distant wrecks. (2) Restore all original wings and bays of the Freeport. In addition to the damaged Wing D mentioned in my first message, Corridor C and the associated Wing C as well as Corridors F and G leading to the two damaged biodomes require extensive repairs. (3) Repair all docking bays and mooring fixtures. To enable these repairs, we need to gain access to them by removing the obstructing wrecks and restore the internal corridors C2 and D2 that lead there. (4) Repair the biodomes to their original capacity. This is one of the biggest challenges and will require scientific and engineering expertise from your side or the Zoners in general, as we Corsairs do not have the technology to fully repair the biodomes at the moment. Depending on our experiences with the first restoration phase, the Zoner and Corsair ingenieros on the Freeport will calculate the required materials for the next phases. I hope I could clear up your concerns. I will personally ensure a transparent cooperation in this project in the future and appreciate your support in the restoration process. High regards,
Lucas Garmendia, Logistics Officer

To: Lucas Garmendia Subject: Supplies for Freeport 9 Senór Garmendia. The speed at which you replied and the contents of said reply have reassured me of the Corsairs dedication to this project and upholding of the Theta Treaty. I trust then moving forward there will be nothing but the continued building of our partnership. Onto business, the items required I have been priced out. As much as I would prefer to do this without cost, and my Numbers guys tried their best to work out a way to do so, it just isn't possible to move this amount of Material without incurring costs. That being said I did insist we keep the costs as low as is possible, so I hope that is reflected in our prices. What my guys have come up with is as follows:
I hope these prices are acceptable, and once agreed upon I will set my Ship's to work. Celcius Abonwood - Chief Executive Officer - Omicron Supply Industries RE: To: Omicron Supply Industries (OSI-)| From: The Deterrence | Materials for FP9 - Knusperflakes - 09-05-2024

RecipientCelcius Abonwood, Omicron Supply Industries Senor Abonwood, Gracias for your cooperation and sending me the unitary prices for the required goods. The prices seem reasonable considering our quite remote location in the Sirius sector and we accept your offer. I appreciate your efforts in keeping the costs as low as possible. Based on your price list I have calculated the total costs for phases 1a and 1b below. Cost calculation for phase 1a
Cost calculation for phase 1b
Once the deliveries are completed, I will initiate to transfer the funds to your account. Please inform me about the specific recipient name. Safe travels to your transports and I hope to hear from you again soon. High regards,
