Their too widely used. Sure the Outcast's allies should have access to some of their weapons but were talking about Krakens here. The most advanced and damaging weapon the outcasts have produced to date. If you ask me it should be reserved for only some of the most veterain pilots of the Maltanese Navy (Players). I'm not getting at any person or faction in particular. It's just the amount of times i've ran into Hackers, Rogues, Hessians, Zoners and hell! Even Junkers packing four kraken MkIIs is rediculous. It's just getting boring that everyone turns to the Outcasts when they have a loadout problem. Every facton has good enough weaponry that may not be as damaging, but is better in some ways than others nevertheless. Use Em!

You could excuse the LR for using them. Bombers with all sammies is bad mkay? Need 10sec to puntch through a shield.

No other (npc)factions really restrict their weapons sales to their allies beyond what's already on the tech chart. Don't see why the Outcasts should get it special.

It's their weapon, they invented it, and should really reserve the right to restrict it's purchase. Each faction's technology doesn't have to be shared, that's up to them as a faction. This is why faction specific weaponry is only sold on these factions bases and not on freeports or allied bases (with the exception or Erie).

Why can't Liberty Rogue Sammaels be restricted for Rogues only? They're the strongest Laser in Sirius. Then Corsairs Tizonas and Coladas etc etc.

Personally I stick to my own factions weapons most of the time (Though my Falcata uses Wyrms) but the only reaon I see you want them restricted is either you're sick of fighting everyone who has them, or you're an outcast and you want everyone to stop using them.
Let the babies have their rattle. It's just a gun. Every other faction lets allied factions use their tech, provided it's sold outside of the Guard system. And as I recall... Krakens are sold on Malta, or Ruiz, one of those two.

Well, I'm in RHA and I haven't seen anyone using Krakens. (I'm in RHA more than a year. \: ) We rather use Bundschuh' or LWB' weapons.

It probably mostly happens in NY. But there's more Outcasts in NY than anyone else these days. Hessians and Outcasts no longer share technology either, they've broken their alliance.
