Rayman, Sprite, Fanta, Pepsi, zeus, and anyone else playing from that IP have been banned for:
More rule breakages than I care to count, and continuing to not care about the rules after several warnings from nearly every member of the admin team. First you screw up as O.B.L. and CAPONE and that little crew, then I find you in a mixture of hacker, blood dragon, GC and rogue tagged ships piratng in Stuttgart of all places.
Then when I went to bastille the lot of you, to talk to you and warn you -again-, I get sworn at by the one who is already the worst offender.
Only one of you actually has any idea how to play here, but since the rest of you drag him down so much, I decided to ban the lot of you to save the future rule breakages and work you're going to cause me.
Goodbye. This ban is permenant.
It's a bit late now for you to read the rules, but I'll post them here just so you can work out for yourself where you went wrong.

Oh loock 3 guys beating up a old lady and 2 other guys just whant to be good and help the lady but wait here commes JIhad Joe with a solution *runs up the stairs grabs a shotgun and starts shooting all including the old lady* he grims ... and then mumbles to himself I SAVED THE WORLD !!!!!!!!!
I hope you use that smart thinking when you think with your ass ! not your brain [that is if you have one ] if you don`t.... ask Jameson the outcast administrator he maybe able to help you with some artificial inteligence to upgrade you a little.
So because i have some retards on my LAN and is the only avalaible internet connection on my neighborhood that is fast enoufgh to suport multyplayer games and may i use your words but since the rest of you drag him down so much[i] i should loose all my chars and all my work to from the last 5 months of play. Rayman was the only char that had wrong tech installed. Was a char made just for fun and did rp atleast when i was doing some fun pirating with it dont put me in the same spot with capone and obl read from the logs who was doing some small but nice roleplay and learning each day new lines and reading the comunication threds from neural net just to keep in touch with the local news and what is going on around in the faction im in [was] and ally chanels.
But all that for nothing... when i asked you in pm about RayMan char i said to you i will mount a liberty rogue ID In that and i will only use the barghest to pirate around liberty only . You say was ok with that and you will beam me up to Montezuma base ... after i couple of minutes you say that you decide that is best to ban all of us ... Was more easy like that NO! cut of the rebels heads including some ,,casualties" along the way nice one dude you should be a Admiral in some kind of twisted war that is going on in your head maybe you will shoot yourself and get it over with..
Anyway back to the problems ... I ask you ADMINS to think about this sanction again and reconsider this action

very smart thinking, joe, you impressed me.
why the heck should my characters be banned instantly because of some crazy guys like capone and obl (obl, by the way, isn't in my LAN at all ... never has) who don't care to read the rules, or worse, speak english at all ???
i would have expected at least a warn ... and what for? as far as i remember, there have been no complaints about john[vhf], john[tr] etc, have there? needless to say about angel.batista and secundo, (and their other ships) who said , and i quote, "don't give a **** anymore about this game because some frustrated admin is too lazy to open his eyes and burns the whole house because of a rat in the basement".
please, give a damn about our hundreds and hundreds of hours spent following kilometres of rules ... and for what? mass punishment !!! (what are you, some kind of neo-nazi?) ...

Rayman, John.GL, I am posting here as a faction leader, a faction leader that has had too many run-ins with your lot. I'm sure Capone will remember his run in with one of my boys, the [TAZ]I.K.S. Vor'cha and some others that joined in that mess in Kyushu. He repeatedly undocked off of FP6 after being destroyed AND pirating Zoners for for 10's of millions and then ran into Baffin only to be destroyed there. To make it worse, he was sanctioned for doing the same thing only days before. On a lesser note, he also violated Baffin law by pirating in the system against the warning of a TAZ acolyte...more than once.
I also had a couple others of mine that reported similar infractions elsewhere. These people have shown they don't care for the rules. You accuse the admin team of thinking with their ass. Wrong! Considering the developing history, these people deserve what they got. Have you ever heard of "guilt by association?" You, Sir, fall into that saying. If you knew these people were acting as they were on your account, why didn't you stop it? There is a reason why I won't allow even my own son to play Disco. I know how he is and I won't have my accounts ruined because of someone else.
So, think about that!

you know, doc, you are trying to imply here that we all share the same computer or something. wrong. i speak for myself here and you are trying to link a mass punishment to a single guy, capone. by the way, rayman has his own computer, i have my own computer, we are speaking about all the other people caugt in this ip range ban, and you ... cut it simple : capone!!!

let me give you a simpler idea! ban my whole country ip range:)) that would sure shake some players off the server:)) yeah, why not ban some 30% of the =CR= because of capone, for example... what, you don't see any logic here? really? ...

doc, i just read your post again and i realized that you didn't care to read our reactions, what you say isn't an answer to our complaints, it is a pre-conceived answer. a misleading one
once i read one of hoodlum's posts and he said that the ship gets punished, not the person or the account.
the current situation is a lot farther than that ... one guy that shares our ip is some crazy dude and offends the admins and all the accounts sharing that ip get banned. "guilty by association" ... association to the same ISP maybe. Joe, are you ever going to read this? i know, being allmighty takes a lot of energy, but still ...

We do not see a valid connection between our pilots and pilot CAPONE, as our patrols have repeatedly shot him down in various systems. However if you feel some of our pilots broke any of the space conduct rules, you are free to forward it to us or a.d.m.i.n entity in Sirius. Until then, please do not accuse us of anything, nor take our name into connection with folks like Capone, OBL, Rayman and others. Our databanks contain more then enough evidence of their foul-doing, and we do not see the connection there.

We do have a slight problem here with all this posting, there is only one IP address. Very like the situation
we have encountered on the server. A few unique computer identities, all of which have connected to all
the accounts in question, and all on the same IPs. So the implication of course is ... Yes you do share.
I did make this very clear in game as well, you are the only one who speaks English out of everyone.
This makes our position a touch difficult ...
And no, we haven't banned half the =CR=, or a whole country, I'm sure merry hell would have been created
elsewhere on the forums if that had happened.
