Replacement Model: Ravens Talon - Luis - 04-17-2010
Before you all start bragging about that "it is no way that looks IMG" - well guess what, IMG are allies with the Corsair, semi - not sure, but I do know they have common relations.
So I was thinking, if the Corsair and IMG had negotiated a blueprint for a "unique" replacement for the Ravens Talon with some of the Corsiar Designs - with the vertical wings - they could have manage to build something like this.

I don't like this at all, I don't see it fitting the IMG in anyway.
Besides that the Raven's Talon has been in production for an extended amount of time, which I would assume would mean that it predates the current IMG designs in some ways.
This just has no IMG in it whatsoever.
More views would also be helpful, I still think I'll find my initial assessment ringing true though.

seriously, while its an import, the model is pretty good, and its at a stage where it's fine as is. i mean if you feel excessively inclined to changing the model, atleast make it so it looks like the current one? :/

I think its really nice and id like to see it as a civilian ship.
As much as I hate imports, I just dont think this ship is suited.
I think a better method to approaching the replacement of the Ravens Talon (because so many people seem to be obsessed with it) is to replace it with a model that resembles it and sort of looks like it.
Like how the old fighter from BSG was replaced with the Nyx. The Nyx bears resemblance to the import.

Like some guy made some studies on a titan, and tried to reverse engineer that technology.
Dosent seem like an Rtalon replace, but I could see some guy makeing these.

IMO, and tbh, I personally dont like it, so i wont go hard on you guys on this.
The model itself was concept design that i was making from the T wing from SW (Star Wars). Though, it didn't came out as I wanted it to be - but, I like the textures I implemented on it.
So, if you think it is not "IMG" base designs, well, lets make this atleast a concept model, aye?

Well, yes that ship. Sorry, Got confused with the names ^^
