Hi i have made a big mistake. I have sent just over 97 million to wrong player for some reason, I sent to firewire in stead of firewall if the player or admin could send creds back. Please the creds were sent from char name Turner and they need to go to Firewall . The time was around 1750 GMT,
i am begging the player to be kind and send creds back unless the admins can help.
Even if the admin could give me the players forum name i will pm him/her
and i know EPIC FAIL

I'm not an admin so I can't help you, but I know you'll need to provide a proof of the transaction. A screen shot of the message which states you've transfered x amount to y player, so the admins know the situation is genuine.
If you don't, then speak to the player whom you sent the money to.

EDIT i have tried to contact the player ingame and it says char dose not exsit great 97million gone unless admin can help some how
