Unioner logo - Wuselkobold - 12-18-2010
I wanted to redo the Unioner logo in order to reflect the changes the faction is going through, so less revolution, less worker-ish, less socialism.
Main elements I'd like to keep are the skull as the universal symbol for piracy/pirates and the cog wheel as the symbol of the shipyard workers which we still are. The rest is eye candy and if you have ideas what else would be good looking there I'm eager to hear it.
Mind, I'm not a photoshop pro, I'm just playing around with it and I have still no idea why the filters I've put in only seem to apply to the center of the pictures:(

The third one would be my favourite, but make those hammers look less 'ran over by a truck'.

Me likes the third one. Though if you are going less socialist, I dunno if it is appropriate.
oh and btw I can see the outlines of the cannons of the 2nd in the 3rd one faintly.

Though I am not an Unioner / don't have an Unioner character, I like the second logo ... it's like "death from above" ^^
And by the way, do you've considered crossing two different icons beneath the skull?;)

I think the Unioners were part of the workers aboard a shipyard in Hamburg ... is there anything that symbolizes that? I mean, hammer and sickle is for workers and farmers ... but what would they've used if they had built ships and so on? ^^ A welding torch?

Perhaps try inserting a welding arc into the logo instead of hammers? The cog surrounding the skull is excellent though

I think a logo should be simple, why dont you keep only the skull and the wheel;)i wouldnt choose any of them because i feel they are too complicated most the 2nd and 3rd with the "german ww2" wings. But thats only my opinion;)
