Eh... I've been running a behringer graphic EQ unit for a few years for live stuff and it's been pretty decent for the money. Don't expect it to last that much longer though.
I'd be interested to see what they've put in that box though... 10k watts is kinda big, and I can't really see that having a stereo mix with the various speakers that close to one another is ever gonna produce a nice sound. I can't see much practical application for it really, given an ipod dock is only really useful in someone's house. 10k is definately over the top for any room which would sound alright with the left and right channels that close to one another.

all behringer stuff i had required tons of cash for maintenance and didnt play properly even afterwards. im talking mixers now, so dunno how other products of theirs are. just assuming they are as crap as the ones i had
