If they wanted to help their people and protect their husbands, wouldn't they too enlist in the Corsair Navy and go out to fight alongside them? Why would they just stay at home with the little food they have to feed their men if they could go out and help take it?

And the Corsairs aren't necessarily poor, starving, but from what I've seen (correct me if I'm wrong) they have a thriving artifact trade, shipyards, bases, a full line of caps, and all sorts of things that assume otherwise. I'm sure they could afford proper paint if they have a working shipyard.

Pink engines were exclusively Gallic and later introduced to the black market, what reason would Corsairs have for keeping a large stockpile of these that were rejected? If they knew that they were rejected and taking up space, why wouldn't they sell them or trade them for food?

At the OP:
Just no. I bet you think you are being very smart with this, but it is sexist and has no place here. "Become better wives and women" (as just one example I could pick on this page alone) implies women are not good enough and need to improve themselves somehow, clearly labelling them as 2nd rate citizens. Classic 1950's sexism. If we had any female population, you did a good job of alienating them with this. I'm sure I could trawl the previous 9 pages for more examples but why would I want to do that?
